Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email, WhatsApp, or website chat. If you receive less notice, the session will be considered completed, and we will not be able to reschedule it free of charge, as that slot is reserved specifically for you.
