Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email, WhatsApp, or website chat. If you receive less notice, the session will be considered completed, and we will not be able to reschedule it free of charge, as that slot is reserved specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality! This allows us to better organize our schedules and continue providing you with the best possible support.
